We offer 1– to 2–weeks leadership courses in places that are geologically exciting for geologists and non-geologists alike!  You will get a different perspective on your leadership and self-leadership challenges and gain new insights on how to break through them. Through felt experience in the field, we demonstrate how geological skills equip us, not only to solve subsurface puzzles, but also to see clearly and navigate through times of adversity, uncertainty and change at work, and beyond.

This course is for organisations, as well as for private individuals. It is for anyone who wants to influence themselves and others to move towards a common purpose. And, in the process, grow to become their natural best and shine, together.

Working with horses is unique and pure.
