Mente et Malleo
The Mente et Malleo crossed hammers have long been Earth Scientists’ universal guild sign, and the tag “Mente et Malleo” (‘by Mind and Hammer”), or variants, is used as a motto by many geological societies around the world.
For us, this meaning of Mente et Malleo is deeper:
Mente: Mind, mental state, state of mind, mindset, spirit, inspiration
Malleo: Hammer, tool, action, manifestation, utilization, doing, experience, the act of hitting, malleable (capable of being shaped and formed).
Mente et Malleo – Entangled.
Action with Spirit
One inducing the other, creating perpetual motion, momentum.
Mente --> Malleo: Mente, the Mindset leads to action,
what we do (or don’t do);
Malleo --> Mente: Malleo, the action, leads to new experiences,
new learnings, new thoughts, new insights, new Mente.
Action isn’t just the effect of motivation; it’s also the cause of it!
